When a wife is found dead then her husband is questioned first. But husband’s un-natural death seldom leads investigator to his wife. Similarly a murder case investigated by Hyderabad police first guided by cooked up story of victim’s wife then found something fishy in her statement. Then further investigation proved that young wife was behind the cold headed murder plot.
The cunning young lady did regular activities for her ‘missing’ husband, went to police station like a good citizen. But again the cell phone records of deceased Chandrashekhar and killer wife Anusha gave police some clue that few close friends were also linked with the crime.

Anusha even lured her close friend Naveen for get rid of her husband with some false claims like she was harassed physically and mentally by Chandrashekhar.

Naveen then allegedly purchased a sack, nylon rope and a needle from shops at RTC crossroads and used his mother’s prescription to buy sleeping pills from a medical shop on Shivam Road. On Oct. 12, Anusha mixed the pills in Chandrasekhar’s soft drink after dinner and then invited Naveen over to her house in Tallagadda. By 11.30 Naveen arrived on his Scooty.

According to the inspector, the unconscious Chandrasekhar’s hands and legs were tied and then the duo strangled him with Anusha’s chunni. Later they also smothered him with a pillow. The body was put in a sack and Naveen took it on his Scooty to Karwan main road, dumped it around 3 am and returned to Anusha’s house. He stayed there till 7 am while Anusha cleaned the house and washed her blood-stained chunni.
